1. Copyright Notice

2. DMCA Compliance

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter- notification to our DMCA agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court

5. Fair Use

XMRadio.Online may use copyrighted material in accordance with the fair use doctrine under Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act for purposes of commentary, criticism, news reporting, teaching, and research. All third-party trademarks, service marks, images, and copyrighted material are the property of their respective owners and are used here for editorial and informational purposes under fair use.

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to terminate access for users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others even after a single incident, at our sole discretion.
