XM Radio Services is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Sirius XM Inc., Liberty Media Corporation, or any of their parent companies. We operate as an independent third-party service provider. Our services are provided on an as-is basis.

3. Service Limitations

• We provide assistance with activation and installation only
• We cannot guarantee successful activation or service quality from Sirius XM
• Your Sirius XM subscription requires a valid account with Sirius XM
• Subscription fees and terms are determined by Sirius XM, not by us
• We do not process subscription payments or manage accounts

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about your Sirius XM radio
• Following all guidance provided by our support team
• Maintaining your Sirius XM subscription with official channels
• Compliance with Sirius XM terms and conditions
